People Gather Outside Fairgrounds To Remember Philando Castile

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Just outside the State Fairgrounds Monday, people rallied to remember Philando Castile and others who lost their lives in police-involved shootings.

Another group is planning a rally to protest police killings this Saturday. It is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Snelling Avenue and University Avenue.
