Pet Blog: 50 Shades Of Grey(hounds)

E. L. James' literary masterwork, "Fifty Shades Of Grey," and its subsequent film adaptation may not be up everyone's, um, alley.

But adorably, cuddly-wuddly greyhound puppies gathered in one place? You have to have less of a soul than Christian Grey not to get psyched!

Sidewalk Dogs, Smitten Kitten and Brave New Workshop are all joining forces to present the "50 Shades of Greyhound" adoption event this Saturday in south Minneapolis.

Come to Smitten Kitten (full disclosure: It's a progressive sex toy shop!) from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. to pet it up with some greyhound puppies and greyhound mixes, called lurchers.

And if you adopt one of these lucky dogs, you will also get two passes to the Brave New Workshop's latest comedy extravaganza – "50 Shades of Gravy."

It's definitely gonna be a BDSM event – which of course stands for "Buy a doggy soul mate!"
