Pepin Co. Sheriff: 35-Year-Old Man Found Dead Near Railroad Tracks

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Pepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a 35-year-old man's body was found near railroad tracks.

On Thursday, Feb. 5, deputies responded to a remote area of Pepin County on the report of an unconscious person near the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks. Upon arrival, a man was discovered and pronounced deceased at the scene.

His body was taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. He has since been identified as Steven Joui Glaze from the St. Paul area.

Efforts to contact Glaze's family have been unsuccessful, so the sheriff's office is asking his family to please contact them.

Anyone with information on Glaze's actions and movements leading up to last Thursday is asked to call the sheriff's office at 715-672-5944.
