Pedestrian Killed In East St. Paul Hit-And-Run
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul police say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver Sunday night on the city's east side.
It happened at about 9 p.m. near the intersection of Payne Boulevard and Atlantic Street in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood. The victim, a man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still searching for the driver, and are working to obtain a description of their vehicle.
