Pedestrian, 85, Struck And Killed In Scott County

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An 85-year-old man is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Scott County Thursday evening.

According to the State Patrol, the crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. along Highway 282 near Morlock Drive.

A vehicle being driven by a 31-year-old Burnsville man was traveling east on 282 when it struck Cyril Frank Wolf, of Jordan.

The State Patrol said Wolf died of his injuries.

It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
