Patrol: Slow Down, Drivers...You Keep Crashing Into Squad Cars
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The State Patrol is urging drivers to slow down after four people crashed into squad cars since the start of last weekend.
On Monday, the State Patrol posted a video to YouTube with footage of a collision Friday on Interstate 94 near the St. Croix rest area. It shows a driver losing control and smashing into the back of a squad car that had stopped on the side of the road.
In a tweet, the patrol told drivers to slow down and move over when they see flashing lights.
