Patrol: Minnesota Teen Crashes Stolen School Bus

ULEN, Minn. (AP) -- The Minnesota State Patrol says a 15-year-old boy driving a stolen school bus has crashed into a pickup truck on a northwestern Minnesota highway and injured himself and two others.

Patrol Sgt. Jesse Grabow says the sideswipe wreck happened early Sunday in Clay County's Ulen. The patrol says the 33-year-old male pickup driver from Twin Valley was taken to a hospital with injuries that weren't life threatening.

Authorities say the teen driver and another boy on the small bus also sustained injuries that weren't life threatening. They left the scene but authorities found them nearby and took them to the county juvenile detention center in Moorhead.

The patrol says the bus belongs to the Circle of Life Academy in White Earth, more than 25 miles from where it crashed.
