Patrol: Man, 64, Killed In Ramsey Co. Rear-End Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The State Patrol says a 64-year-old Princeton, Minn., man died Friday after his Chevy Impala was rear-ended in the northeast metro by a car traveling at freeway speeds.

The crash happened shortly after 4:30 p.m. on westbound Highway 10 in Ramsey County just south of County Road 96.

The State Patrol said that traffic had stopped several cars on Highway 10, including an Impala driven by David Eisen.

Twenty-four-year-old Nicholas Anderson, of Brainerd, rear-ended the Impala at freeway speeds, causing a chain reaction crash and killing Eisen.

Four cars and a total of eight people were involved in the crash.

Only Eisen suffered injuries, the State Patrol said.

The crash remains under investigation.
