Patrol: Driver Dies In Crash With Minnesota Truck

ANOKA, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota State Patrol says a man has died in a crash involving a recreational vehicle and a state Department of Transportation work truck.

The patrol says 63-year-old RV driver Leo Delonais of White Bear Lake died Thursday afternoon in the crash near Anoka. An 82-year-old RV passenger from White Bear lake was hospitalized with serious injuries.

The Transportation Department truck was set up to do work on the right shoulder of U.S. 10. The patrol says the RV swerved and struck the truck, which was one of three vehicles working at the site. It's unclear what caused the RV to swerve.

The patrol says the 58-year-old truck driver from Baxter was taken to a hospital with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening.
