Parents Accused Of Killing 4-Month-Old Daughter Arrested In Cass County

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A couple suspected of killing their 4-week-old child were arrested Monday in Cass County.

The infant was found unresponsive and not breathing on June 20 in Parachute, Colorado, police say. The coroner ruled the girl's death a homicide.

The infant's parents, Phyllis Wyatt and Matthew Ogden, were arrested in the Cass Lake area around 1:50 p.m. Monday.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office and the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department cooperated in the arrest.
