Owner, Manager Of Ramsey Massage Parlor Charged In Prostitution Bust

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - The proprietors of Ramsey, Minnesota massage parlor are accused of profiting from the prostitution of their employees.

Eswin Yoni Berrios, 41, of Minnetonka, and Lin Lin Li, 26, of Ramsey, appeared Friday in Anoka County District Court.

Police launched an investigation after finding ads for Sunlight Asian Massage on Backpage.com and RubMaps.com. The ads "featured scantily clad Asian females in sexual positions," according to the criminal complaint.

A year-long investigation found that women were being shuttled from the massage parlor to an apartment paid for by Berrios.

Li, the manager of Sunlight Asian Massage, was seen taking two women between the apartment and the business. Police found more than $59,000 in cash in the apartment.

Berrios and Li will appear in court again on March 31.
