Oakdale teenager missing since July found safe, police say

Authorities in the eastern Twin Cities area say a teenage girl who had been missing since July has been found safe.

According to the Oakdale Police Department, the 14-year-old Tiara Emari Johnson left her home in the city on July 28. Police said Friday she had been located.
