Striking Nurses To Vote On New Proposal

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Striking nurses will vote on a proposal by Allina Health Monday.

This proposal does not have a recommendation from the bargaining team, as nurses said there were some gains and some take backs.

Allina did agree to 24-hour security in the emergency room, and future training aimed at patient and nurse safety.

More than 4,000 nurses have been on strike since Labor Day.
