Northern Foragers Dinner With Chef Timothy Fischer

Executive Chef Timothy Fischer, of Loews Hotel Minneapolis, will be hosting a one-night-only five course Northern Foragers Dinner on Thursday.

Each course will feature items Fischer has foraged from the North Woods of Minnesota in the days leading up to the dinner.

To dinner will be held at 6 p.m. at Loews Hotel Minneapolis.
