3 injured in north Minneapolis shooting

MINNEAPOLIS — Police say three people were injured in a north Minneapolis shooting Sunday night.

The Minneapolis Police Department said the shooting happened on the 1800 block of Lowry Avenue North just before 9 p.m.

A man in his 30s suffered potentially life-threatening injuries while two other people — a man and woman, both in their 30s — had injuries that did not seem to be life-threatening, according to police.

The shots were likely fired by someone inside a vehicle, police said. Officers found a suspect vehicle near Dowling and Penn avenues and arrested two people.
