Employee At North St. Paul's North High Placed On Leave During Investigation

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An employee at North High in North St. Paul has been placed on leave during an investigation into employee misconduct, according to a school official.

Principal Greg Nelson alerted families to the situation in a letter sent out Tuesday.

"I have received an allegation of inappropriate conduct against one of our employees," Nelson said. "The employee will be out on leave from our district during the investigation. Due to privacy laws and the ongoing investigation, I am unable to provide additional details about the allegation."

Nelson also reminded parents to encourage their child to talk to a trusted adult if they have any concerns about school.

More information is expected, so check back on WCCO.com for the latest.
