Researchers Find Key Differences Between Night Owls & Early Birds

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Are you tired all the time no matter how much time you spend getting your sleep? It may depend on whether you are a night owl or an early bird.

Researchers studied two groups of high school students who either considered themselves night owls or early birds.

They say even when the students spent the same hours in beds, the night owls were sleepier during the day.

The researchers say it doesn't mean they are lazy, their body just might be programmed to work better at night.
