NEXT Weather: Temps to increase through the week, with storms possible over weekend

WCCO meteorologist Chris Shaffer says by tomorrow the average high is 74, but we will return to the 80s for the next few days.

Both Tuesday and Wednesday look pleasant. However, cloud cover also increases at the mid-week mark.
The next rain chance is possible Thursday, Friday and the weekend.
It will also be more humid, which will linger into the weekend.
"It won't be a four day washout, but there will be showers and isolated thunderstorms," Shaffer said, adding that he doesn't see a severe weather threat coming our way.
