New Watch Helps Those Who Wear It Find Love

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Now-a-days you can use a watch to monitor your movement, calories and heart rate. So, why not use a watch to monitor love?

The Serendip wrist watch will vibrate if it's within 100 feet of a good love match.

According to the Kickstart page, the watch would be like online dating but put into practice in the real world.

Users would first fill out detailed personality questionnaires. The results then create a unique version of the Serendip program for the individual user.

Then, as users wear the watch throughout the day, if it finds a match it will vibrate.

There's one catch, the love of your life has to have a Serendip watch too.

The watch is available on Kickstarter for $49.
