New Brighton Brothers Unveil Their Latest Snow Masterpiece

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A winter tradition continues for three New Brighton brothers.

Austin, Trevor and Connor Bartz create giant snow sculptures in their front yard every winter. And this year the boys have created an 18-foot octopus.

It has taken them about 500 hours to finish the massive squid. They are raising money this year to provide clean water systems to Haiti through the organization "One Day's Wages."

They made a giant sea turtle in 2014, which measured 12-feet tall, 37-feet long and 31-feet wide. The turtle took them about 300 hours to complete.

And they also created an impressive snow shark in 2013.

Their fundraising goal this year is $10,000. Click here to learn how to help.
