Upcoming NBA Video Game Will Feature WNBA Teams, Players

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- If you want to shoot threes like Maya Moore or play defense like Lindsay Whalen, now you can -- virtually, at least.

For the first time, the WNBA will be featured in a video game. The virtual athletes in NBA Live 18 have been designed to reflect the unique playstyle and skills of the women's league and its players. That means you can play as or play against the Minnesota Lynx, Phoenix Mercury and all of the WNBA teams.

NBA Live 18 will be in stores this fall.
