Mpls. Police: Warrant Out For 21-Year-Old Homicide Suspect

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A warrant is out for the arrest of a 21-year-old man who Minneapolis police say is connected to a homicide.

Police says Brion Quantrial Overton was involved in a fatal shooting on the night of June 3 in north Minneapolis.

Nineteen-year-old Tyrone Eric Lyles, of Richfield, was found shot to death in the middle of 15th Avenue North between Irving and Humboldt avenues.

Overton is considered armed and dangerous, and police urge citizens not to confront him. Call 911 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Police say his bail will be set at $1 million once he is in custody.
