Mpls. Police: Toddler Falls From 3rd Floor Of Building

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An 18-month-old boy is alive after falling from the third floor of a building in Minneapolis, according to the Minneapolis police.

Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder says the incident happened at around 5:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 4500 block of Snelling Avenue in Minneapolis. The child was apparently playing peekaboo with an older relative before falling.

Police are not investigating further, because they say it was an accident.

The boy suffered non-life threatening injuries.
