Mpls. Convention Center Hosts Midwest Home Show

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Remodeling your home or thinking about doing it?

Head out to the Midwest Home Show at the Convention Center Saturday and Sunday.

This year, you can find some great deals at the new Habitat for Humanity's ReStore.

"They are bringing in gently used goods that have been donated from contractors, building suppliers and also homeowners. And they're selling them for a fraction of the price, with all the proceeds benefitting Habitat for Humanity and building homes," Callie Andersen said

Doors opened at 10 a.m. and will stay open until 6 p.m.

They open again at 11 a.m. Sunday and stay open until 5 p.m.

Tickets are free for kids 17 and under, and for military members and their families.

It's $4 for everyone else.
