Moscow Ballet's 'Nutcracker' Comes To Twin Cities

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - One of the most iconic holiday ballets came to life this weekend in the Twin Cities.

The Moscow Ballet's "Great Russian Nutcracker" took center stage at the Orpheum Theater Saturday night in downtown Minneapolis.

Forty members of the world-famous dance company were in town for the performance. They were joined on stage by some local performers.

The company chooses local dancers from each of its cities that it tours.

The ballet performed on Friday in Rochester.
