More Cars Towed In 2nd Day Of Snow Emergency

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The cars are still arriving at impound lots as the latest snow emergency draws to its close in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Minneapolis reported that 641 vehicles were towed during day two of the three-day snow emergency. That's only slightly fewer than the 670 that Minneapolis reported from the first day of operations.

After the first day of the snow emergency, St. Paul said that about 700 vehicles had been towed in that city. After the second day, St. Paul said that 939 had been towed in total since the snow emergency was declared.

It will cost you $209 in St. Paul to get your back after being towed.
