Driver Killed In Crash With MnDOT Plow

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 30-year-old man was killed in a crash involving a Minnesota Department of Transportation snowplow late Tuesday evening.

The crash happened south of Royalton, according to the State Patrol.

A snowplow was heading west on Highway 10 a little bit after 11:30 p.m. when a Snap On Straight truck rear ended it.

The driver of the truck, 30-year-old Timothy Michael Ekhoff of St. Michael, was killed in the incident.

The driver of the snowplow suffered non-life threatening injuries.
