Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Missing Winona State Student

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in Winona are seeking the public's help in locating a missing college student.

According to Winona State University, 19-year-old Chukwudi Benjamin Onyeaghala, of White Bear Lake, was reported missing Sunday night after 10 p.m. Onyeaghala, who goes by Ben, was last seen on video walking eastbound on Mark Street near the Winona State library at 9:15 p.m Friday.

Authorities said it is out of character for Onyeaghala to be out of contact with those concerned for his welfare.

Onyeaghala is defined as being 5'7" and 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with a mustache. He was last seen in a black shirt, black jeans, black shoes and a black backpack.
