Missing 7-year-old boy with autism found north of Twin Cities

Authorities north of the Twin Cities say a young boy with autism who went missing early Tuesday evening has been found. 

The Anoka County Sheriff's Office said the 7-year-old boy went missing in the area of Highway 65 and 153rd Avenue Northeast in Ham Lake. Anoka County law enforcement and Minnesota State Patrol responded and searched the area. 

The boy was found a short time later and returned to his residence.
