Body of missing north metro man found, officials say

The body of a missing 41-year-old man from the north metro has been found, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said on Friday. 

The man was last seen in the Coon Rapids and Blaine areas on Oct. 10, 2024, and reported missing on Oct. 21. He was said to be in a "vulnerable mental state," officials said. 

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office identified a body located on April 23 as the man, according to the BCA.
