Bethel University Student Found Safe After Being Reported Missing

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Bethel University student who wasn't seen in over 24 hours has been found safe.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's office says 19-year-old Sarah Kay Thommen is safe after she hadn't been seen since around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on Bethel's Arden Hills campus.

Thommen's family had reported her missing and were concerned for her welfare. Authorities didn't say where she was found or why she disappeared.
