BCA: Missing Baby Found Safe

UPDATE: The BCA says Luciano Martinez has been found safe.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the public's help to find a missing baby.

Noe Castillo Martinez, 22, is believed to be traveling to McAllen, Texas with his 21-month-year-old son, Luciano Rey Martinez. Noe does not have custody of the boy.

The BCA says they are likely travelling in a 2004 Chevrolet Venture with Minnesota plates 306DKX. The vehicle is silver and its back window is broken out.

Noe is 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighs about 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Luciano is 2-feet tall, weighs between 25 and 29 pounds and was last seen wearing a black polo, black Spiderman slippers and a diaper.
