MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A new survey shows each state's most popular Thanksgiving side, and Minnesota's is an unusual one.

A charcuterie tray is the state's choice, according to Zippia.

Mashed potatoes are the most popular side overall, with nine states crowning them.

The survey used Google Trends to determine the most popular sides.
