Minnesota Wild Roll Out New Menu At The X
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Wild just introduced new foods it will have at the Xcel Energy Center this year.
WCCO talked to Executive Sous Chef Kyle Bowles of Levy Restaurants Tuesday about his most exciting dishes.
"I'm really excited about the brisket and horseradish cheddar grilled cheese," Bowles said. "It's got caramelized onions, it's on sourdough bread. It's great, people are going to love it."
The fare also includes burgers designed by Wild players, bacon sundaes and a mac-and-cheese stuffed bratwurst.
