Freeze warning up north early Tuesday; Twin Cities highs on the rise

The Twin Cities will be treated to a supermoon, or a full harvest moon, late Monday.

It starts out chilly on Tuesday in the metro amid a freeze warning across far northern Minnesota. Temperatures will warm to seasonable highs in the mid-60s.

It will be dry this week with temps slowly creeping up to the low-70s Thursday into the weekend.

At least it will feel like fall, with no 80s or 90s in sight. The metro's next best chance of rain comes on Sunday.
