Springlike stretch kicks off work week in Twin Cities
A stretch of springlike warmth will peak midweek in Minnesota, with a return to more typical temperatures to follow.
Tuesday will be sunny with highs in the mid 50s behind a strengthening southerly flow.
Wednesday will be the warmest day of the stretch with highs possibly surging into the mid 60s.
A weak front will bring a chance for light rain late Wednesday through early Thursday, as temps ease back to the 40s to end the work week.
The weekend looks to be seasonable and quiet, with highs in the 50s and even some 60s.
