Wind speeds fall, sunshine returns Wednesday to Twin Cities

The Twin Cities will start to dry out on Wednesday, and the sun will make a welcomed return.

Temperatures will slowly warm, with wind speeds set to fall below 10 mph by Thursday.

Highs will push back to near 60 by Friday ahead of a dry and warm weekend.

The metro should stay dry until Monday.
