Sunny, breezy start to work week in Twin Cities; rain likely Tuesday

NEXT Weather: 10 p.m. report for Minnesota on Oct. 13, 2025

Monday will be nice, sunny and breezy in the Twin Cities.

The high will be in the low 60s, which is actually a little above average despite being cooler than what the metro's been used to.

Tuesday is the metro's next best chance for rain, and the coolest day of the week with high temps in the 50s. The showers will hold off until later in the day and are not expected to be heavy or severe.

The rain will taper off early Wednesday and will be followed by clouds and high temperatures in the upper 50s.

Thursday and Friday will be warmer and breezy with possible scattered showers, though there will be plenty of dry time.

High temperatures this weekend are expected to be in the 60s.
