Temps rising to the 30s and 40s in the Twin Cities this weekend

The temperature in the Twin Cities is expected to reach 32 degrees on Saturday, the first time it has been above average in almost three weeks.

Sunday will be even warmer with a high near 40 degrees. There may be a light mix of snow passing north of the metro Sunday evening and into the night.

Monday and Tuesday may be the warmest days with temps forecasted to be in the low 40s.

Some areas may see rain late Tuesday into Wednesday, but there won't be much accumulation.

Temps for the rest of February are expected to be above average.
