Minnesota Children's Museum To Open 'Pop-Up' Space At MOA

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Children's Museum said Wednesday that it's going to open a "pop-up" play space at Mall of America.

Museum officials said the new storefront space will feature hands-on exhibits that help children develop important skills through play, much like the exhibits at their downtown St. Paul location.

Their Mall of America location will be open in late September and stay open until January 2017. You'll find it on the third floor of the mall's north side, near the expansion project.

Admission is free for members of the Minnesota Children's Museum.

The St. Paul location is going to be renovated while the pop-up space is open, but will remain open during most of the construction.

They also have a museum in Rochester.
