Minneapolis' Walker Art Center Turns 75

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Happy birthday to the Walker Art Center!

The Walker is turning 75 years old Sunday.

To celebrate, they are throwing a birthday bash Saturday.

It's also a free first Saturday, so admission is, you guessed it, free.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, there will be family fun activities for all ages, including live performances and cake.
