Minneapolis Service Center reopens after system outage

MINNEAPOLIS – Some city services that were knocked out by severe weather earlier this week have been restored.

Things like permits and utility payments couldn't be processed Monday and Tuesday because of a system outage.

The Minneapolis Service Center was closed while the city worked to get things back online, but it reopened Wednesday.
