Man, 21, dies in motorcycle crash on Minneapolis highway

Man accused of attacking Minnesota lawmakers due back in court, and more headlines

A 21-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash in northeast Minneapolis early Friday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, he was traveling north on Interstate 35W near Johnson Street around 1:20 a.m. when his motorcycle hit the left side median guard rail. 

The motorcycle continued north for a quarter of a mile and came to rest on the right side of the road. 

The crash is under investigation.
