Food Truck Wednesday: Mik Mart Ice Cream Truck Celebrating 9 Years

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Twin Cities' own Mik Mart Ice Cream truck is turning nine!

Started in 2009, by 16-year-old Mik Bushinski, Mik Mart Ice Cream has grown from one truck to five trucks and two carts.

Mik, his parents and his sister all co-own the fleet, and employ 12 high school or college students.
