MIA Celebrates Record Attendance

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is celebrating record attendance.

For the fiscal year that just ended, 752,000 people visited the art museum. That's up 16 percent from the year before.

Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts visited the MIA when they were in town last month for The Rolling Stones concert.

The museum is celebrating its 100th year of showing art.
