Metro Transit Testing Free Wi-Fi

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Now you can stay connected on the go. Metro Transit is testing wireless internet on several of its routes in the Twin Cities.

Ten metro area cities are a part of this trial. You'll see a sign on the windshield of the bus if Wi-Fi is enabled.

Metro Transit says you can connect for free and browse away. However, you won't be able to use streaming services.
