Metro Mobility To Host Conversation With Users, Citizens

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Advocates for citizens with special needs say they have a list of questions for Metro Mobility.

In December, a computer glitch caused the system to go down for nearly two days. The glitch was fixed and services resumed.

But this group of advocates met in St. Paul Tuesday night to talk about what they say are slow response times and glitches with the GPS pick-up system.

Metro Mobility is asking people with questions or concerns about the system to show up at 10 a.m. on March 14 at the Amherst Wilder Foundation for what it calls a community conversation.
