Meghan Trainor Cancels MN State Fair Performance Due To Vocal Hemorrhage

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Pop artist Meghan Trainor's lips won't be movin' at the Great Minnesota Get Together later this month.

The pop artist canceled the remainder of her tour, including the Sept. 1 performance at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand due to medical concerns.

Trainor wrote on her Instagram that she was suffering from a vocal cord hemorrhage.

"I am devastated, scared and so sorry," she wrote in the Instagram post.

The Minnesota State Fair said tickets will be refunded. Those purchased with credit cards will receive an automatic refund. Tickets purchased with cash or check should be returned via mail along with the buyer contact information to "Ticket Refund" at the Minnesota State Fair, 1265 Snelling Avenue N. in St. Paul.
