ME: 2 Homicide Victims In Minneapolis Were Shot In Head

MINNEAPOLIS (AP/WCCO) -- The Hennepin County medical examiner has identified two men fatally shot in Minneapolis this week.

The ME says 56-year-old Eddie James Pelmore and 47-year-old Odell Frazier were shot in the head Wednesday on the city's north side.

The two Minneapolis men were in an SUV when they were shot. Police don't believe the homicides are random.

Officers caught up with one of two suspects.

Brian Deshawn Morse, 21, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman. Morse is slated to make his first court appearance Friday.
