Man Shot In The Neck In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A man is in the hospital after being shot in the neck early Saturday morning in north Minneapolis.

Police were called to the 2800 block of James Avenue North, where they found the victim. The shooting allegedly started as an argument outside of the home.

The victim is expected to survive. Police are investigating.
